This requirement is for a base year contract with 4 options years, with pricing across all years. Specific items include: Unlimited on-site repair inclusive of travel, labor and parts done by OEM authorized service technician(s) in accordance with OEM standards and factory specifications. Response for repairs will be within 5 business days of request Monday through Friday, 0800-1600. One preventative maintenance visit will be done on-site by OEM authorized service technicians in accordance with OEM standards. The NAICS code for this action is 325413. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
