This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04, effective June 11, 2025. This is a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 339950 – Sign Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. NOTE: If this NAICS is not listed as one of your organization’s codes in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, you will need to certify your business size for this NAICS (prior to award), via FAR Clause 52.212-3, Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications--- Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
