The Contractor shall provide (1) one 6 Cubic Yard dumpster to be used for ALL STREAM RECYCLING. The Contractor shall provide (3) three 30 Cubic Yard Roll off dumpster(s) for Construction materials on an as needed basis. The USDA will notify the contractor of the requirement and will be able to keep the dumpster for up to 30 days. All dumpsters shall be maintained in a like new condition. (This means no rust, no peeling paint, and no significant dents). Dumpsters not meeting this description shall be replaced by the contractor at no cost to the Government.
