REFUSE COLLECTION - WASHINGTON, PA

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD), is seeking potential sources for a Refuse and Recycling Services. The work will be performed at Washington USARC, 10 Scenic Drive, Washington, PA 15301. Additional details of this project can be found in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and facility map / floor plan.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall not be misconstrued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does it constitute a commitment to the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued.

Responses should address the following items:

(1) Please indicate which North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is the most appropriate for procuring cleaning, inspection and all other aspects of the draft PWS. In your response, please address NAICS Codes: 562111 - Solid Waste Collection.

(2) Address any concerns or unclear information within the draft PWS and/or facility map.

(3) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.

(4) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirements?

(5) Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements to perform the tasks of this requirement? If so, what percentage of the work do you anticipate performing?

(6) Provide your organization’s name, address, email address, Website address, phone number and a point of contact to reach.
