Demolish and dispose of existing HW tank. Provide valves, piping, venting, insulation, and electrical components as necessary to facilitate a complete and proper installation. Work will be performed at the 914th Air Refueling Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance time is 45 calendar days. A single Firm Fixed-Price construction contract will be awarded. This solicitation is set-aside 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, concerns IAW FAR Subpart 19.106. The NAICS code is 238220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19,000,000.
