REPAIR BECK AVENUE – SYLVAN DRIVE TO BLDG. 212 EAST ENTRANCE

The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing this sources sought notice for the construction of roadway/parking lot, grading, paving and removing and installing new storm and sanitary sewer on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois.

Project Summary –

The Rock Island Arsenal is soliciting a project to fully grade and repave the Beck Avenue corridor, along with the removal of existing storm and sanitary sewer, and realigning and installing new storm and sanitary sewer. The project is located along Beck Avenue, starting at the east side of the Sylvan Drive intersection and finishing at the east entrance of building 212 parking lot on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. This project shall be a working day contract. The contractor is allowed 160 working days to complete the project.

Interested parties should reply with their information no later than 1:00pm/CST on 3/24/2025. Information should include previous within scope project details, dates, and organizations that work was provided to, your cage code, small business designation, and your business size status.

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings. No email or phone solicitations with regards to the status of Request for Proposal (RFP) will be accepted prior to the solicitation release.
