Project # 42M-08501-5J, Repair Fire Damage, Bldg. # 608, Room 207, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community – Rose Barracks which requires the following work:

Dismantling, thorough cleaning, intermediate storage and re-mounting of sanitary equipment.
Dismantling of the gypsum board ceiling and installation of a new ceiling.
Basic cleaning of tile flooring and new wall tiling on top of existing tiling (except for the shower area).
Basic cleaning of tiling and installation of water-tight sandwich slabs as new walls panels (shower area).
Cleaning of wall and ceiling surfaces in the living/sleeping space of the apartment and subsequent new paint finish.
Thorough cleaning of all floors as well as coating of PVC flooring.
Replacing broken fly screen in window.
