REPAIR, INSTALL AND REPLACE CEILINGS, WALLS AND DOORS WITHIN BUILDINGS, USAG BAVARIA, GRAFENWOEHR MILITARY COMMUNITY (W912PB26BA002)

The Solicitation will replace Solicitation W912PB25BA005, which was cancelled due to the Government shut down.

1. The contract includes the repair, installation and replacement of suspended ceilings, walls and doors including electronic locking systems for access control, floors, windows, kitchens, heating and sanitary equipment, metal and wooden constructions, façade constructions, necessary painting work and removal of materials containing asbestos within USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community, this means within Tower Barracks (Grafenwoehr), Rose Barracks (Vilseck), Field Camps and Ranges
2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed Amount of Euro 20,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of Euro 10,000,000.00.
3. Contract Period: 01 April 2026 - 31 March 2031
4. Thirty (30) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor.
5. The solicitation will be issued on this weg site approximately on 25 November 2025 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately 15 January 2026 (dates can be sooner or later). Paper copies will not be available.
6. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria.
7. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
8. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
