The contractor shall perform work in accordance with A-E design drawings and standards specified in the contract. The contractor will provide construction services to construct complete and usable, parking, erosion control, and stormwater infrastructure.

Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery and acceptance shall be at Alpena CRTC, 5884 A Street, Alpena, MI 49707. The worksite will be located at the Grayling Air-to-Ground Range (ATG) gunnery range, 10930 Steelgate Road, Frederic, MI 49733.
Period of Performance: 365 Days after Notice to Proceed
Site Visit: An organized site visit for this requirement will occur on 28 July 2026 at 9:00 AM Local Time. The site visit is not at the Alpena CRTC, but is at the Grayling Air to Ground Range, 10930 Steelgate Road, Frederic, MI 49733. This will be the only site visit. No other site visits will be conducted.
