    Description

    This is a presolicitation notice in accordance with FAR Part 5. Proposals are not being requested nor will they be accepted in response to this announcement. 

    This is a 407 SCMS requirement to acquire repair services of the circuit cards and sub-assemblies of the Helmet Mounted Integrated Targeting (HMIT) system and obtain technical support as required to aid in repair of the Next Higher Assemblies (NHA) Line Replaceable Units (LRU) Banana Bar Assembly (BBA) and Interface Control Unit (ICU). The Helmet Mounted Integrated Targeting (HMIT) System is expected to remain on the A-10 and F-16 platforms for its remaining life cycle, currently scheduled for 2029 for the A-10 and 2040 for the F-16.
