Renovate Gate 2 Traffic Check House, B345, to accommodate the new AVBs. Expand electrical panel and replace control switches to operate the new AVBs. Replace door lock assembly at the entrance to the electrical panel room. Renovate Gate 2 Overwatch, B348, to convert the Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) room into a storage room with mechanical air ventilation system. Replace door locks for the HPU room and guard booth. Sustainable principles, to include life cycle cost-effective practices, will be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project in accordance with UFC 1-200-02.
