SUBJECT: 19PM0725Q0026 - Request for Architectural and Engineering Qualifications
Architectural/Engineering services are required for assessment of the electrical system and materials, with project management. The design work may include Structural and Electrical; with limited project management oversight and consulting, as needed for the U.S. Embassy Panama located in Clayton, Panama City, Panama. The U.S. Embassy Panama will select an Architectural/Engineering firm based on technical qualifications. Firms wishing to be considered for this project should submit the attached Standard Form 330. Instructions are included with the form.
Firms responding to this invitation will be evaluated based on the following:
• Relevant, professional qualifications of the firm for the type of work required;
• Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required;
• Demonstrated success on similar projects in terms of quality of work and compliance with schedules;
• Capacity to accomplish work;
• Knowledge of locality of project; and,
• Possession of all locally required licenses to perform the work.
Please submit a completed Standard Form 330 by 5:00 p.m. on August 28th, 2025.
