Jack’s House (B1306) at Eielson AFB, AK was constructed in 1965 and its pole-mounted transformer is becoming increasingly hard to maintain.
The facility currently has a 150 kVA pole-mounted transformer which must be replaced with a pad-mounted transformer for easier maintenance and to be in compliance with UFC 3-550-01. Additionally, the building requires new interior and exterior lighting and new heated bollard outlets (HBO) and associated panelboards. The project acknowledges the extreme Arctic conditions.
