REPLACEMENT OF OVERHEAD DOOR & MOTOR BLDG 424

AMENDED 31 July 2025: Description updated, Combined Synopsis Solicitation updated, Statement of work updated (See Attachment 1), and Questions and Answers are posted (See Attachment 6).

The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to replace the door curtain and motor to create a fully functional electrical door system at the East entrance of building 424 at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. 

Pleave provide 2 separate itemized quotes, 1 for Bldg 424 Door Curtain and Motor Replacement and 1 for Bldg 424 Door Curtain, Track, and Motor Replacement.

Site Visit will be held Tuesday 29 July 2025 at 0800 CST  (08:00AM CST).

Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 1 August 2025 at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST).  

This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339999. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. 

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes.  Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
