Relabel the circuit breaker to be a spare. Once all piping, plumbing, and ancillary items are removed; drill holes at the bottom of the basin. Place planting soil inside the basin to a later determined height. Remove and replace the tile on the top of the fountain with a natural earth-tone stone tile. Soft wash the outside siding of the fountain when finished.
