    THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR STANDARD FORM (SF) 330 ARCHITECT-ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS PACKAGES ONLY. NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE ISSUED VIA SAM.GOV. AFTER EVALUATION OF SF 330S RECEIVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS HEREIN, ONLY THE FIRM SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN NEGOATIONS WILL RECEIVE THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY, NOR REIMBURSE, ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS REQUEST. THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. GENERAL INFORMATION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) Central Region is issuing this public announcement for Request for SF 330s (Qualifications). This is not a request for a fee proposal. This request is for Architect/Engineer (A/E) services for a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) for Veterans Integrated Service Network 16 (VISN 16). An FCA is a tool used to obtain essential data through visual inspection of the technical and physical conditions of a VA Medical Center (VAMC) facility. The FCA deliverable is a report detailing identified corrective actions. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The contractor shall perform an independent facility condition assessment. The assessment will consist of tours, interviews, inspections, and research at each of the following VA Medical Centers and Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Regional Offices with the purpose of preparing a Facility Condition Assessment for VISN 16 and the VBA Regional Offices contained herein. Presently, the FCA database for VISN 16 contains approximately 10,638,554 gross square feet. This assessment includes approximately 285 buildings. Some variation of the detailed building lists within the square footage and number of buildings may be encountered during the site assessment that may deviate up to 5% and shall be included in the assessment. The FCA shall be for the following site list: Alexandria, LA; Biloxi, MS; Fayetteville, AR; Houston, TX; Jackson, MS; Little Rock, AR; N.
