This award is being conducted utilizing policies in FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, specifically FAR 12.102, Restricting competition.

IAW DFARS PGI 206.103-170, the intent of this Request for Information Notice is to identify any or equal product which may meet the specifications and performance requirements identified on the attached Salient Characteristics document. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The offering of an or equal product must include a technical data sheet to serve as confirmation of an exact match to all requirements identified within the Salient Characteristics document. All “Or Equal” product offers should be sent to the Contracting Officer, Patricia Murray at patricia.murray.6@us.af.mil, phone (520)228-3095 no later than Friday, 20 Mar 2026, at 1:00 PM PST and must include the technical data sheet. Please Reference RFI FA4877-26-QA063. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to proceed with a BRAND NAME solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a BRAND NAME or BRAND NAME or EQUAL solicitation.

The 355th Contracting Squadron will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability information.
