Request for Information (RFI) for Acquisition of Laptops and Routers

Issuing Agency: Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)

Introduction:

DIA is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the potential acquisition of laptops and routers. This RFI is intended to gather input from industry regarding capabilities, pricing, and any existing contracts that could be leveraged for this procurement.

Objective:

The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential suppliers who can provide laptops and routers that meet specification and requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work. We are particularly interested in understanding available models, configurations, pricing options, and delivery timelines.

Vendor Information:

Vendors are invited to provide information on the following:

1. Company profile.
2. Details of laptops and routers available that meet our required specifications.
3. Pricing structure, including volume discounts if applicable.
4. Delivery timelines and fulfillment capabilities.
5. If applicable, provide your GSA Schedule or NASA SEWP contract numbers(s) to facilitate potential ordering processes.

Submission Instructions:

Interested vendors should submit their responses to this RFI no later than Tuesday August 19, 2025, at 09AM EST. All submissions should be sent via email to Hugo Patron at hugo.patron@dodiis.mil. Please ensure that your responses clearly outline your capabilities, and any relevant information listed above.
