REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - MANAMA, BAHRAIN

This Request for Information is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this request for information is to identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This request covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in Manama, Bahrain and have an immediate need. As a result of this RFI, a future solicitation will be posted to SAM.Gov and will require interested parties to respond to this request via email
*** All requirements will be awarded in US gallons and currency and will be required to be invoiced in US currency. ***

The Products to be procured are:

Diesel Fuel, (DF2) NSN 9140-00-286-5294 or SFD 9140-01-556-9156
Gasoline, MID UNL (MUM) NSN 9130-01-272-0983

If your company is interested and capable of supplying the above listed fuel products, please respond to this Request for Information No later than 25 November 2025. In responding to this request please provide the following information:

1. Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, email address, phone/fax number.)
2. Background information of the firm and Contractor regarding technical ability, financial capacity and ability to perform.
3. Specific types of fuel capable of supplying. Include all fuel types available for delivery in Bahrain.

4. Registration in JCCS (See information within attachment)
