Amendment 0002: Incorporate (FAR) RFO 52.222-90 to support Executive Order 14398 and revised Attachment 11 - Fort Rucker Site Visit Instructions. Amendment 0003: Revision to Section L, Instruction to Offerors for ECM Down-Select Evaluations to include Boiler Improvements and HVAC System Upgrades; CLIN 0003 Steam Distribution Improvements and CLIN 0004 - Water Conservation Improvements have hereby been removed.
