Subject: Request for Proposal number PR15659667 – U.S. National Day Venue
Enclosed is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for venue and catering services in support of U.S. Consulate National Day event to be scheduled on any one of the following dates 10, 11 and 12th Feb 2026, in line with the attached scope of work. If you would like to submit proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible offeror submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase orderbased on initial Proposal, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449
2. Section I, Pricing
3. Section 5 Representations and Certifications
4. Additional information as required in Section 3
5. Details of SAM registration
We encourage offerors to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.

The deadline for receipt of proposals is on or before 10:00 AM (UAE time) 20th November2025. No Proposal will be accepted after this time. Hard copies of proposals shall not be accepted.
