RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, TEST AND EVALUATION (RDT&E) ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT (RETS)

This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN).  This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.  The Department of War (DoW), Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is issuing this notice to obtain information to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method.  This SSN is seeking support that encompasses seven specific areas of expertise: 1. Mission Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering and Developmental Test and Evaluation (T&E); 2. Prototyping, Experimentation, and Demonstration; 3. Modeling & Simulation; 4. Operations Research; 5. Science and Technology (S&T) Research and Assessment Research; 6. Data Management & Analysis; and 7. Ad-Hoc Surge Support, all assets critical to the security of the United States (US).
