PURPOSE OF RFI: The purpose of this RFI is to gather information about potential solutions to achieve the following high level objectives: Recruit individuals to participate in research studies conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), Office of Survey Methods Research (OSMR), where the eligibility criteria vary by study. Upon successful completion of the study, provide a monetary incentive to individuals. Ensure participants are remunerated appropriately, including capturing signatures and retaining required records, as needed. Coordinate with BLS/OSMR staff to identify and implement appropriate recruiting strategies, including timing and mode of recruitment. In consultation with BLS/OSMR researchers, develop, design, and place advertisements for recruiting, as needed. Identify and contact appropriate organizations that may serve as sources for potential participants. Handle participant information in accordance with BLS confidentiality and privacy policies and standards.
