There will be a guaranteed minimum and an estimated maximum number of placements, to include in-house, and home confinement residents. It is anticipated that all services will be solicited under a single procurement and will require that the successful offeror provide all services.

The requirement is anticipated to be for an estimated maximum of 77(67 Male, 10 Female) In-House beds, and 55 Home Confinement placements.

The Bureau would like input from providers of services in the community as to the feasibility of providing these services in this geographical area.
