Contracts will be procured in accordance with 40 USC Chapter 11 and Public Law 107-217, the Architect-Engineer Statute, as implemented in FAR 36.6. Firms will be selected for negotiations based on demonstrated competence for the required work identified in this synopsis. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, Engineering Services, with a size standard of $25,500,000. While primarily intended for SAD districts within the AOR, the MATOC pool may also be used by other USACE districts with approval from the Savannah District Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO). In such cases, design services obtained through this pool may be applied to projects within the SAD AOR; however, the Savannah District will retain full Contracting Officer authority. Offerors are cautioned to read this announcement in its entirety. Task orders will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and negotiated using the negotiated binding rates for the level of effort required to meet the needs of the government for the project. Assignment of individual task orders will be in accordance with the Task Order Requirement Notice (TORN) process.
