REUSABLE ENERGY ABSORBING LAYER AND REUSABLE UNIVERSAL SKID BOARD

The Government intends to solicit a single source, firm-fixed-price Purchase Order to Quality Research, Development & Consulting, INC., a woman-owned small business, for the provision of the United States Air Force (USAF) tested and approved Reusable Energy Absorbing Layer (REAL) and Reusable Universal Skid Board (RUSB). These REAL and RUSB systems offer enhanced durability, adaptability, improved dimensions, faster Container Delivery System (CDS) bundle staging times, and War Reserve Materiel (WRM) compliance. These features enable airlift squadrons to maintain currency and proficiency in meeting all training and mission objectives, thereby ensuring continued flying status. This is a single source solicitation conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1).
