Purpose:
The U.S. Coast Guard Foreign Military Sales (FMS), on behalf of the Philippines Navy, is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the procurement of a 2100 Horsepower Engine Dynamometer System to conduct load testing of new and rebuilt diesel engines. We seek to identify:
