60 Ton Floating Crane
Purpose:
The U.S. Coast Guard, acting on behalf of the Philippines Navy through Foreign Military Sales (FMS), is conducting market research to identify potential vendors for a 60-ton floating crane. This crane will support depot-level maintenance operations for Philippines Navy floating assets, including Multi-Purpose Attack Crafts (MPACs), Patrol Boats (PBs), and Boat Attacks (BAs).
The crane must be suitable for both on- and off-road use within a naval shipyard environment. Furthermore, it must be adaptable for installation and operation on a floating barge with dimensions of 47.5 meters x 14 meters.
Vendors should provide load chart calculations demonstrating the crane's lifting capacity of 60 tons when operating from the specified barge.
Proposed solutions must comply with all applicable environmental regulations in the Philippines. Equipment will be shipped to the Philippines.
