The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the brand name or equal products listed in the attached RFQ document. This RFQ is being conducted as a total set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. Only authorized resellers will be considered. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. All questions concerning this RFQ shall be submitted via e-mail only to the attention of Victoria McDaniels at vmcdaniels@fbi.gov, no later than Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 12:00pm ET. Please see the attached RFQ document for required products and procedures.
