RFQ PR15559427 FOR AMERICA250 REGIONAL ENGAGEMENT SERIES (LARGE SCALE EVENTS)

The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE requires the services of a competent authorized vendor to design, manage, and execute three distinct large-scale public diplomacy events in Abu Dhabi’s key regional centers. Each event will reflect a unique theme—space exploration, cultural heritage, and U.S.-UAE energy partnership—highlighting areas of U.S.-UAE cooperation while engaging wide audiences beyond central Abu Dhabi. The vendor’s cost proposal should include, but is not limited to, materials, transportation, insurance including Defense Base Act-DBA (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), administration, and profit to accomplish the requested services.  The DBA insurance premium cost must be embedded with the pricing and is not a reimbursable cost.
