    1. PURPOSE

    This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for hotel accommodation, meeting facilities, and related services in support of an official training activity scheduled for 20–24 April 2026 and 27 April – 2 May 2026.

    The selected Contractor (Hotel) shall provide meeting space, catering services, VIP interview room, and guest accommodation in accordance with the specifications described herein.

    19 April – 2 May 2026

    3. LOCATION

    Bintaro, South Tangerang

    4. SCOPE OF WORK

    A. MAIN MEETING ROOM REQUIREMENTS

    • One (1) meeting room with capacity for forty (40) participants on 20–24 April 2026 and 27 April – 1 May 2026

    • Round table configuration (approximately six persons per table; approx. seven tables total)

    • Registration table outside meeting room (if space permits)

    • Climate control and adequate lighting

    • Daily room cleaning and reset


    Audio-Visual Requirements:

    • LCD projector and screen

    • Sound system with minimum two (2) wireless microphones

    • Minimum two (2) flipcharts with markers

    • Reliable high-speed internet access

    • Extension cords and power strips as needed

    B. MEETING PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS

    Full-Day Meeting Package (40 Participants)

    • Dates: 20–23 April 2026

    • Service Hours: Approximately 08:00–17:00

    • Includes: Morning coffee break, Lunch, Afternoon coffee break, Continuous mineral water service


    Half-Day Meeting Package (40 Participants)

    Full-Day Meeting Package (40 Participants)

    • Dates: 27–30 April 2026

    • Service Hours: Approximately 08:00–17:00

    Single Occupancy Guest Rooms
