This is a non-personal service requirement in which the contractor shall provide personnel, management, and any other items and services, not Government furnished, necessary to perform RMT fire suppression systems refurbishment in order to restore RMTs to fully mission capable condition. Services include inspection of all tanks for serviceability, upddating all cylinders, wiring, harmesses and actuators, and providing SFFF (Synthetic FLourine-Free Foam) solution.
