RNEC LENEL ONGUARD SMS

This special notice is to announce that MICC-Fort Carson intends to award a sole sourced, firm fixed-price contract for the LENEL OnGuard Security Management System (SMS) to B.W. Secure the designated Value-Added Reseller (VAR) for Fort Carson as authorized by 41 U.S.C. 1901 and in accordance with RFO FAR 12.101 and RFO FAR 12.201. It is deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and a solicitation will not be issued. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services.

Please note that this notice is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ); however, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government.  Responsible parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services no later than 10:00 AM MDT on August 4, 2026. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
