Synopsis:
This synopsis/solicitation is for one Single-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Roll Paper. This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside. The Period of Performance is One 12-month Base Period with Four 12-month Option Periods per contract. The Contractor shall provide all services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) and shall be subject to the terms and conditions. RFP Questions Due Date / Time
All questions or concerns regarding any aspect of this solicitation shall be submitted electronically via email to Tanya.R.Burnett@irs.gov, Contracting Officer (CO) and cc: Joyce.D.Derry@irs.gov, (Contract Specialist (CS) no later than October 23, 2025 at 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time in accordance with the instructions outlined in the solicitation.
It is the Vendor’s responsibility to bring to the attention of the Contracting Officer (CO) at the earliest possible time, but prior to the closing date, any ambiguities, discrepancies, inconsistencies, or conflicts between the sections of this solicitation and any documents attached hereto or incorporated by reference.
Although every effort will be made, the Government makes no guarantee that questions received after the date above will be answered. Acknowledgment of questions received will not be made. Responses to questions submitted, if answered, will be posted as amendments to the solicitation.

Offerors shall include the appropriate documents as stated in Section L of this solicitation via email to Tanya.R.Burnett@irs.gov and cc: Joyce.D.Derry@irs.gov no later than November 4, 2025 at 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring quotes are received prior to the close.
No other channel of communication between the vendor and an officer, employee, or agent of the Treasury regarding this RFP is permitted, and no information gained from any such communication may be considered in any way binding or limiting to the CO. Questions or concerns sent to an email address other than the ones identified above will not be considered by the Government.
