ROOF REPLACEMENT - HARPERS FERRY JOB CORPS CENTER

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide Government responses to Offeror questions. As a result, the following attachments are included:
1)Attachment 4 - Government Responses to Offeror Questions is attached.
As a reminder, proposals are due no later than 13 August 2025 at 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time via email to ian.barnes@usda.gov.

Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows:

1. Remove existing roofing and other listed items and furnish new roofing system with 20-year NDL warranty and new fascia w/ metal wrap and roof gutter system on the B78 areas indicated.

This project is located at the Harpers Ferry Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located seven miles from Harpers Ferry West Virginia in Jefferson County. The address is 146 Buffalo Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425. Driving instructions can be obtained from the Center by calling 304-728-5708.

Submit all questions by August 6, 2025 no later than 14:00 EST. All offers are to be received by August 13, 2025 no later than 14:00 EST. All submissions shall have separate attachments in Microsoft word, Excel, or Adobe format. It is the Offerers responsibility to confirm the receipt of submissions of the offer from the Contracting Officer, Ian Barnes.
