ROOFING REPAIR

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (FLCSD) is conducting market research under FAR Part 10 to identify qualified sources and to obtain industry feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Government will not award any contract based on the information received from this notice. The government will utilize information received from this notice to assist in acquisition planning and identifying small businesses’ capabilities.

The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Field Laboratory at Camp Roberts, CA requires the removal and replacement of the roofs of two buildings. This is required to preserve the structural integrity of the buildings and prevent health hazards due to moisture accumulation. Site visits are highly encouraged and may be requested by contacting the Contract Specialist via email: Noni Arcilla, at noni.p.arcilla.civ@us.navy.mil. For a complete description of the services that are required, please see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Interested contractors must follow the instructions on the attached document titled "Sources Sought - Roofing for NPS" and submit their Capability Statements and the Market Research Questionnaire no later than Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
