The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: Hei-Vap Industrial Rotovap with a 20L evaporating flask.This requirement is sole sourced to Chemglass Life Sciences, 3800 N. Mill Road, Vineland, NJ. 08360 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement due to the size and continuous nature makes the Hei-Vap the only system that meets the needs of the existing systems.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0220 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Written responses to this notice shall be submitted by email to Beth Exzabe at Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil.
