Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement to CIRCOR NORTH AMERICA LLC for Rotary Pumps.

This is a notice of intent to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to CIRCOR NORTH AMERICA LLC. The proposed action is for the procurement of rotary pumps for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) for Simplified Acquisitions or FAR 6.302 for Other Than Full and Open Competition.

The Government requires the following items:

• PUMP, ROTARY

• 4320-01-410-6570

• 12 each

The Government has determined that CIRCOR NORTH AMERICA LLC is the only responsible source capable of providing the specified PUMP, ROTARY that will meet the Government’s requirements. [Insert specific technical reasons, e.g., "These components are part of an existing system, and CIRCOR NORTH AMERICA LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) with exclusive proprietary rights and data required for manufacturing and integration."].

The Government intends to award a contract directly to CIRCOR NORTH AMERICA LLC. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

Interested parties who believe they can satisfy the requirements listed above may identify their interest and capability to the contracting office within five (5) days of this notice's publication. The five-day period includes weekends.
