Description: The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Operations, Services, & Training Division, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help a requirement to identify potential sources that can provide one (1) Rough Terrain Stacker or equivalent for the new lab to load and unload shipments off of a semi-trailer. USATA is currently borrowing a fork truck but will soon not be an option once USATA is moved to a new laboratory. which will be used to increase the workload. The equipment shall be delivered to TMDE Support Center (TSC) Rock Island.
