The South Dakota Army National Guard has a requirement for 7,000 total (6,000 colored and 1,000 white) printed t-shirts. White and color preshrunk mixture of cotton and polyester (example: 50-50 cotton/polyester blend) t-shirts with one color print logo on back (back logo will always be the same) and up to a 5-color print logo on front, based on school logos. The school logo will not be available until after the award. Our graphic designer will provide artwork/logo on front of shirts in quantities of 20 to 250 based on school needs. Artwork will be emailed in a suitable format such as an .eps or pdf file. For quotation purposes only, the vendor should estimate 100 different schools. However, the Government reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of schools based on its needs. There is not a weight or a brand preference. Sample Colors: Provide a website or hard copy pamphlet with the t-shirt colors and ink colors for reference when ordering. Sample t-shirts: A white OR colored sample t-shirt is required with your quotation. The sample t-shirt must contain a logo with a minimum of 5 colors. The logo does NOT have to be the South Dakota National Guard logo It can be any 5-color logo of your choice; this is to determine the quality of the product you are quoting. If the sample needs to be returned the vendor must provide a returning box/envelope/pack plus the included pre-paid postage labelEstimated Sizes for orders: The Government reserves the right to order any size/color and may not line up with these exact percentages.White shirts S-XL: 95% Color shirts S-XL: 95% White shirts XXL: 5% Color shirts XXL: 5%The order and delivery dates will vary according to the government?s needs. The period of performance is for one base year and four potential option years. The award and option years are contingent upon the availability of funds. The T-shirt delivery will be within 10 days after the placement of an order. One (1) white or colored sample t-shirt with print work and a copy of the quote to the following address NLT 03 September 2025 via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fed Ex.It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to contract opportunities within a week of this pre-solicitation posting. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation. This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Award.
