RUN FLAT TIRE MACHINE

Requirements:

The Government is seeking sources capable of providing a container-mounted run flat tire machine system, brand name or equal to the GM-098.

This requirement is for the procurement of a complete, single-unit system, including:

• A run flat tire machine system mounted inside a 20-foot air-conditioned shipping container

• Integrated 500 kg lifting system

• Ring and rim removal capability

• Run flat insert disassembly and assembly

• Centralized controller unit

• Full electrical distribution system installed to support operations within the container

• Delivery, installation, testing, and training for tire shop personnel

For interested vendors please provide:

🔹 1. Cover Letter / Statement of Interest

• Brief statement confirming the vendor's interest.

• Point of contact info (name, title, phone, email).

🔹 2. Technical Proposal.

• Technical Specifications matching the brand name requirements.

• Product Datasheets or Manufacturer Literature for verification.

• Photographs 

• Warranty Information (standard and extended).

🔹 3. Price Proposal

• Unit Price for each motorcycle.

• Quantity Discounts (if applicable).

• Total Price, including any fees (shipping, setup, training, etc.).

• Price Validity Period.

🔹 4. Delivery and Lead Time

• Estimated delivery timeframes.

• Shipping method and point of origin.

• Delivery terms (FOB Destination preferred for federal purchases).

Minimum Technical Requirement:
The equipment must meet or exceed the capabilities of the GM-098 run flat tire machine system (brand name or equal).
