RV STORAGE PARKING SHADE STRUCTURE

Amendment 0001 (04 September 2025): The purpose of this amendment is to 1) Attach the Site Visit Log of attendees; 2) Attach answers to questions received during the site visit; and 3) Attach TE-3 RV Storage Layout Drawing.

Please send written acknowledgement and/or a signed copy of the amendment with submitted quote.

Construction of one (1) 45ft by 90ft, and six (6) 30ft by 90ft, RV shade structures at Goodfellow AFB, Texas RV Storage in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW).

- IAW DAFMAN 64-119, NAF Contracting Procedures, Small Business programs do not apply to NAF Contracting actions. This acquisition will be full and open competition.

- The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238120 - Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors.

- The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.

- Verbal explanations given before award WILL NOT BE BINDING. Any authorized changes will be made in writing by issuing amendment(s). Vendor(s) shall acknowledge receipt of amendment(s) in block 19 of SF1442 or by returning a signed copy of the amendment(s) with their quote.

- This is a non-appropriated fund (NAF) purchase, and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the Unites States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. IAW DAFMAN 64-119, NAF Contracting Procedures, Para 2.8 NAF Procurement Exemptions, Title 15 U.S.C. Section 631 et seq., also known as the Small Business Act, as amended, and Federal Acquisition Regulation guidance relative to small business along with other award-preference programs. NAF contracts are awarded to the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the NAFI.

Site Visit: A site visit for this requirement will be held on Wednesday, 3 September 2025 at 9:00AM CDT. Please meet at the RV Storage Parking Area, far East side of Kickapoo Trail inside the Chain-link fence on Goodfellow AFB. Please call SSgt Michael McCoy at 325-654-4420 for more information.

- Base Access Letters for the site visit are due to the contracting office no later than (NLT) Friday, 29 August 2025 at 3:00PM CDT.
