S&RTS, GDANSK, POLAND

Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the Port of Gdansk, Poland in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with best commercial practices.

S&RTS services will cover the full spectrum of managing US military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transiting through the Port of Gdansk. Operational tasks shall include but are not limited to all stevedoring and longshoring required for vessel, truck, and rail loading & discharging, port reception and disposition, cargo management staging, intra port transfers, cargo prep, Tallying and Checking (T&C), handling and warehousing of Government provided dunnage and tiedown materials. 

Requirements include physical security, facilities, storage/staging, office space, supplies, and providing documentation/reports for port operation expenses and reconciliation of services to include other related miscellaneous requirements as outlined in this PWS.
