TOILET PUMPING ALPINE LOOP 2025-2030

The Bureau of Land Management Colorado State Office seeks a contractor to perform toilet vault cleaning and maintenance to facilities located along the Alpine Loop Backcountry Byway. The resulting contract is anticipated to have a 6-month base period of performance plus nine 6-month option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract is anticipated to be a commercial, firm-fixed, price purchase order as defined by FAR 12 and FAR 13. The government anticipates total performance for this contract as 60 consecutive months. Interested vendors shall provide a quotation for the base and all subsequent periods no later than the response date as indicated on this form. Last submissions will not be considered. The government reserves the right but does not anticipate a need to hold discussions with contractors in response to this RFQ. Questions relevant to this solicitation submitted to the contract specialist will be answered via solicitation amendment to conform with Competition in Contracting requirements.

3. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay partial invoices for accepted deliveries.

5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services; $9M
6. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price - no changes in price.
7. Basis of Award: Price and Other Factors. The other factors are technical and past performance. Among offers determined to be technically acceptable and with satisfactory past performance on projects of similar size and scope, the deciding factor will be low price(See 52.212-2).
