Place of Contract Performance. Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts located at 1551 Trap Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award to 365 days after award.

    This acquisition will follow procedures under FAR part 12 using simplified procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. Offerors must meet the technical qualification requirements for hazardous tree removal.

    5) Proposed Solicitation date. May 11, 2026. This solicitation will not be posted on SAM in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(2). The solicitation will be solicited directly to at least three sources.
