Notice of Intent to Consolidate D&F for Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Cyber Vulnerability Assessment Tool (CVAST), Situational Awareness, Boundary Enforcement & Response (SABER), and Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) Engineering Services.
