Purpose: The Coast Guard is issuing this sources sought notice for market research purposes to identify parties having an interest in providing temporary lodging for the US Coast Guard.

Request: The US Coast Guard Sector New York is seeking temporary lodging services to support personnel participating in the SAIL 250 large scale maritime event from June 24, 2026, to July 12, 2026. The requirement is for lodging accommodations and associated services for approximately 640 personnel distributed across four locations: Staten Island, NY (200 personnel), Sandy Hook, NJ (150 personnel), Bayonne, NJ (150 personnel) and Manhattan, NY (Midtown) (140 personnel) South of Central Park, NY. See attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).

Submission Instructions: Interested parties are invited to submit a response to include Technical Capability and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) as well as the above by February 17, 2026.
