If only one acceptable quote is received in response to this solicitation,competitive procedures will shift to sole source negotiations. This requirement can only be procured from Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) , aircraft prime, or suppliers who provide Federal AviationAdministration (FAA)-Certified parts which possess an FAA Authorized ReleaseCertificate, FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag from certified repairstations pursuant to 14 CFR Part 145, or a Certificate of Conformance for newitems. In response to this solicitation, award(s) will be made to the eligible,responsible quoter(s) whose quote is technically acceptable and which isdetermined most advantageous to the Government, Delivery/quality considered. ALL CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS (I.E.
