    Description

    The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center has a requirement to clean and seal cracks in the existing asphalt pavement, patch any existing potholes, repair any base failures, and apply a 2- coat coal tar-based seal coat on all existing asphalt surfaces. The project is located at the USDA ARS Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center, 141 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, MS 38776. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in this document.

    SITE VISIT: A single organized site visit has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Wednesday August 20, 2025. See Attachment 1 Section L.4 for RSVP instructions and additional information.
