This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the policies and procedures using FAR subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation H9224025QE005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). It is the Governments intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the supplies and services defined in this RFQ as a 100% Small-Business set aside.
